EGM, AGM and Proposed New Constitution

As discussed at the last Annual General Meeting (AGM), the Board has been progressing the development of a new Constitution for Cronulla Sailing Club Limited.

The Board has now resolved to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Tuesday, 19 August, where members will be asked to consider and vote on the adoption of the proposed Constitution.

What happens next?

  • If the Special Resolution is passed, the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for 23 September, and the election of Directors will be conducted in accordance with the new Constitution.
  • If the Special Resolution is not passed, the AGM and election of Directors will proceed under the Club’s existing Memorandum and Articles of Association.

Members are encouraged to review the draft Constitution before the Extraordinary General Meeting. If you did not receive a copy of the Draft Constitution, please email info@cronullasailingclub.com.au

Member Feedback

The Board welcomes feedback from members prior to the EGM. Questions, comments, concerns and suggested amendments are encouraged and may be submitted to Jeff Keane jeff.keane@optusnet.com.au

To allow sufficient time for consideration, members are encouraged to provide their feedback as early as possible.
